These drawings show that freeing distal parts of both clitoridal roots from ischio-cavernous bones allows making a pediculated graft which can be moved centrally in order to strengthen the urethral plasty.
Doing so does not endanger the dorsal artery of the clitoris nor urethral and cavernous branches. Bulbar branches only have to be severed.
I make use of this anatomical feature to rebuild a new urethra when lost in childbirth african disasters.
